Exercises helps in improving the cardiorespiratory endurance, strength, power and flexibilty. Regular exercises have been proved to reduce risk of many cardiovascular diseases, obesity, diabetes.
Physical therapy also help strength the bones and muscles and prevent musculoskeletal disorders.
Physical therapist also plays an important part in rehabilitation of patients. They help prevent impairment and disability in people with severe diseases. Physical therapist works in colloboration with other healthcare professional and family to help improve the quality of life of patients.
