In a community nursing diagnosis, a nurse should consider individualised approach to patient’s situations, his or her personal preferences and their needs by serving to direct the enduring component required in nursing procedures. They include planning, implementation and evaluation. The findings from the assessment by a sound diagnostic reasoning are used as a key tool for clinical decision making by health care professionals.

NANDA approved nursing diagnosis should be used in patient care and educational facilities.
