Answer #1

Pp intervak is the interval between two P waves during atrial depolarisation.

it is measured from onset of one P wave to onset of other p wave

characterisics:

  • PP and RR interval are same in sinus rhythm
  • But these differ in arrythmias
  • It varies widely from 1.04 sec to 0.60 sec depending on heart rate
  • PP interval gradually lengthens and shortens in cyclical manner in accordance to phases of respiratory cycle

PP&E EXPENDITURES SUBSEQUENT TO ACQUISITION A. On January 1, 2018, Sanderson Electric Company purchased equipment to be used in its manufacturing process. The equipment cost $60,000, has a six year useful life, no residual value, and will be depreciated using the straight-line method. On January 1, 2019, Sanderson spent $4,000 to repair the equipment and $11,000 to add a feature, which increased the equipment’s operating efficiency and its useful life. After adding the feature, Sanderson decided that the total useful...

The electric cooperative needs to know the mean household usage of electricity by its non-commercial customers in kWh per day. Assume that the population standard deviation is 2.3 kWh. The mean electricity usage per family was found to be 15.3 kWh per day for a sample of 3611 families. Construct the 99% confidence interval for the mean usage of electricity.

The tub of a washer goes into its spin-dry cycle, starting from rest and reaching an angular speed of 7.0 rev/s in 8.0 s. At this point the person doing the laundry opens the lid, and a safety switch turns off the washer. The tub slows to rest in 13.0 s. Through how many revolutions does the tub turn during this 21 s interval? Assume constant angular acceleration while it is starting and stopping. rev

The electric cooperative needs to know the mean household usage of electricity by its non-commercial customers in kWh per day. Assume that the population standard deviation is 1.2 kWh. The mean electricity usage per family was found to be 17 kWh per day for a sample of 397 families. Construct the 80% confidence interval for the mean usage of electricity. Round your answers to one decimal place.

The tub of a clothes washer goes into its spin-dry cycle starting from rest and reaches an angular speed of 4.70 rev/s in 7.03 seconds. At this point, the person doing the laundry opens the lid, and a safety switch turns off the washer. The tub then slows to a stop in 20.04 seconds. Assuming a constant angular acceleration, while the tub is starting and stopping, how many revolutions does the tub turn during this 27.07 second interval?
