Debate why nurses should and should not donate their services

The nurses work in high stress and complicated situations they trying to do more with less. Donation of services or voolunteering gives the nurese new perspective on nursing and a chance to be part of the solution and makes feel good.some nurses donate duties to the community using their medical knowledge to promote health in the community,like give health advices,diet education,health education regarding the diseases and the importance of the hand washing etc.
