Answer: The dysfunction of the platelets disorder causes easy bleeding, bleeding of the gums etc. The common cause platelet dysfunction due to quantity and quality includes disease conditions such as cirrhosis, kidney disease, multiple myeloma etc. Lung cancer mainly contributes the secondary reason for the platelets dysfunction. The autoimmune disorder etc could be the major reason of the platelets dysfunction.

The most common causes of inherited and acquired coagulation disorders which includes the inherited thrombophilia. The gene mutation of the prothrombin occurs. The deficiency of the protein C and protein S as well as antithrombin are the major reasons for the inherited coagulation disorders.
