Answer: Obesity causes increase in the risk of other chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension etc. There could be several reasons of the Obesity. People have become more busy and hence they didn't get proper time to have food full of nutrition. They consumes caffeinated beverages, junk food etc. These food increases the accumulation of fat in the body. Hence this causes increase in the weight.

In some of the cases poor nutrition due to low Socioeconomic status, poverty etc leads to Obesity where the body gets swelled up. The lack of awareness among people regarding healthy food and lifestyle has also increases the risk of Obesity. Lack of exercise and physical activities causes increase in the weight.
