Assessment of patients safety in children's

1.It is important to have established rapport with parents and child while taking the history.

2 .Examination will be determined by age, levels of development and level of understanding of the child.

3 .Most important thing is inception and observations.

Eg: observing the child behaviour and level of awareness.

4. Avoid waking the sleeping children's.

5. Approach the child level when examine.

6. Start examining peripherally.

7.Make the examination with fun so that the children won't cry or frighten.

8. Make sure the is in comfortable position.

9. Ask parents to assist with dressing or undressing

Atlast wherever possible to avoid unwanted procedure

Blameless Reporting is an important factor in creating a culture of psychologyical safety.If mistakes is are Maken due to process shortcoming, leaders should work out the correction without addressing people individually. Blameless Reporting doesn't mean that there aren't consequences;it means that an organizations culture is focused on finding solutions and learning from their mistakes.
