Chronic illness mainly due to cardiac problems, diabetes, stroke etc.All these conditions should be reversed by patients behavioral changes at individual levels.Eg:Patient should change their habit of smoking alcohol consumption etc.

Diabetes peoples work will effect the total economy by absenteeism and also by their productivity impairment in work.That may also led to discrimination in work place.But better option is D.
