Ways to incorporate new foods into the toddler's diet:

  1. Offer kids a small portion.
  2. Offer kids new foods based on foods they like or their favourite foods.
  3. Do not pressurise them, they take time to like new foods taste, texture and flavour.
  4. Sprinkle small amount of sugar on each new food like fruits, veges etc.
  5. Add flavours and make food colorful with veges.
  6. Try and try. Children like new foods after several tastes.
