Budget means to prepare a financial chart which shows expenses, costing, revenue, objectives, activities and planning of organization, for a particular time period.

Sources of information required are ―

― About information of community, nurses, patient , like recall of patient, number of working days and hours of nurse, extra working time of nurse or any staff member, night duty of any nurse.

― source of income for expenditure like medicaid, insurance companies, etc.

― Infrastructure expenses.

― graphical data and information past Budget.
