Answer: Water keeps our body hydrated and provides energy to the our body. Water boosts up our metabolism rate and hence keeps us fine and healthy. In the case of the underweight clients, they need to drink at least 2-3 litres of water on the daily basis. Whereas in the case of the normal person, it is essential to drink 4 litres of water per day. The obese requires maximum amount of water as 6-8 litres of water per day. This is because drinking water will keep the metabolism fine and could leads to reduce the weight. The sufficient amount of water provides energy and increases the efficiency.
