Assessment:

• Ruling out the fracture,damage to frontal lobe ,TBI
• Vision acquity test to plan fir providing eye glasses
• Neurological examination to assess the patient recovery from complaints
• Mental status examination
• Psychosocial assessment ti rule out coing mechanism
• Evaluation for other physiological complaints with other body system
• Evaluation for pressure sore ,foot drop

The members of interdisciplinary team are

• Neurologist/Neurophysician
• Psychologist /Counselor

The role of OTA are
