1A) DEFINITION : WHO is defined asworld health organization.It was established in the year 1948 on 7th April in Geneva headquarters .It is a specialized agency of United Nations which is concerned with International public health .

Functions:- -providing leadership in critical matters to health and engaging partnership where joint action is necessary . -helps in research and stimulate the generations ,translation and dissemination of valuable knowledge. -sets norms andstandards and promote and helps in implementing .   

2A) DHHS:- Department of Health and Human Services ..It is a U.S department and also known as HHS.It provides human services on the other hand provides services to public health .

PURPOSES :- -provides guidance for healthcare application development . -to protect against ransomware attacks . -active administration of health IT infrastructure .
