Answer #1

The patient is suffering from Anemia,

She is having signs of discolourised conjunctiva, pale skin, tachycardia, and symptoms of fatigue, shortness of breath, cold clammy hand and feet, throbbing headache.

She is having tachycardia(Her pulse rate is 108beats /min),due to hypoxia her heart is pumping more to supply adequate oxygen to body.

Normal Hb for female is 12-16gm/dl

Normal hct in female is 36-48%

Main cause for Anemia is Nutritional Deficiency(Iron and Bit B12 )

Vitamin B12 is also called as Cobalamin

A few drop of blood is taken in microcuvette is put under analyser which displays Hb and hct value within a few seconds.
