Answer 1. The seven dimensions of wellness are:-

  • Physical dimension
  • Emotional dimension
  • Intellectual dimension
  • Social dimension
  • Spiritual dimension
  • Environmental dimension
  • Occupational dimension

Among these, the need of improvement is in the environmental dimension. The reason behind is that, there is use of chemicals on larger scales, water conservation needs to be more effective, water pollution is still not clear, recycling or reuse of materials is required on big scale,etc. Many such implementations need to be done more to improve the environmental dimension also.

Answer 2. Healthy people 2020 is the agenda of federal government to build healthier nation. They have made goals to build a visionary society in which all people live long, healthy lives.

America is headed towards the right direction as the goals has been successful in helping states, collaboration with other organizations, and engaging with local communities.

Answer 3. As far as the personal health lifestyle behaviors are involved, the factors affecting them are :-

. Habits of eating from outside-- it interfere with healthy eating habits because the food from outside contains unhealthy items.

. Family - sometime the concerns of family also affects the lifestyle routines.

. Working place- the effect of working place an people around also bring changes or alterations in healthy lifestyle.

But besides many aspects, one need to be strict towards the health and well-being by keeping every thing in control.
