•RFI helps to determine the overview of the organisation. RFI in identification of health care information systems provides details about the data given by the suppliers (equipment, medicine). Datas are collected from supplier such as pricing, delivery methods, products and other business information like clinical and administrative system for managing patient details in administrative level. Datas are recorded in Electronic Medical Records or Electronic health records.

•RFP receives information about project overview, company background, goals of project, deliverable schedule, possible roadblock, budget about the equipments of health care system and medicines and compare the information given by the different suppliers and find out the suitable vendor for specific health care project in health care information system.
