Debates about healthcare reform almost universally compare the U.S. system to that of the U.K. or Canada, national health systems. Can the U.S. have a national health system? Why or why not? What role does the 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution play?
Most of the developed countries offer universal health coverage to their people irrespective of any background .This dates back to the period of World War I and II making them to opt for this but the US government has not concentrated or was ready to provide insurance to their population. This has lead the labour insurance through the company where they work later many insurance company came into force to offer insurance to public .Now due to the economical status and demand the government is not in a state to provide Universal Orlando National Health System.
The 10th Amendment was initiated to create a mutual understanding and relationships with the state and federal government .It describes that the state can take responsibility and action to decide on the national health system and not the US governments .
