Maslow hierarchy of needs is motivational theory in psychology expalining human needs in a hierarchy level from upward to downward.

Erickson theoey is a theory which states psychosocial development.

Both theoey explains about the elements of human development .In maslow theory explains human needs whole in ericksons theory state development through various stages.
