Health is the basic requirements of all.In case of illness the individual reaches out for a healthcare provider to get cured. Here comes the rights for patients and the healthcare worker in seeking and delivering care respectively based on the rights. It is classified into three goals stating the rights.They are

  1. Enables patient to be confident in seeking the healthcare service. It should provide care which is equal to all without any discrimination .
  2. To strengthen and enhance the doctor patient relationship
  3. To make the patient to be more participative in the care .Be self responsible for leading a healthy life. At the same time the healthcare providers should also be responsible in providing the best care to patient
