Answer - Emphysema patient suffering from dyspnea because of obstruction in respiratory airway, retention of respiratory secretions and CO2.

Barrel chest - It is main classical sign of Emphysema. Chest shape like barrel due to retention of CO2 for long time and due to pressure chest become shape like barrel.

Clubbing of fingers - Level of oxygen is tissue become low, generally we say tissue hypoxia, nail become cynosed and blue or clubbing of finger we can see.

Deep respiraton - Emphysema with patient feel difficulties in breathing, try to more and more oxygen and try to expel CO2 which is retained in lungs, so he /she try more effort on lungs and we see deep respiration.
