Envirnmental health addresses all the physical ,chemical and biological factors external to a person ,and all related factors impacting behaviours .

Those are the most important envirnmental health issues .

Air pollution is a familier envirnmental health hazards .Air pollution exposure is associated with oxidative stress and inflamation in human cell,which may lay a foundation for chronic diseases and cancer .Now a days we cant contorl these pollution and we need to think more about this ,thats why i selected this health issues.

Cell phone radio frequency radiation -NIEHS and other organization are actively studying the potential health effects of radio frequency radiation used in cell phones .

Safe water and our health - water is essential for our life .peoples depends on safe water for health and livelihood . but contaminated water leads to millions of death and even more illness every year .

Smoking and vaping - A link between cigeratte smoke and disease ,particularly lung cancer and cardiovascular disease is well known .

Pet allergens - Millions of people live with pets deposite being allergic to them .

2.SHORT TERM AND LONG TERM EFFECTS

AIR POLLUTION

Short term effects are coughing , sneezing , breathing difficulty ,throat pain etc .

long term effects are respiratory diseases (air pollution can affect lung development and is implicated in development of emphysema ,asthma ,copd ,chronic bronchitis),cardiovascular diseases (fine particulate matter can impair blood vessels foundation and speed up clacification in arteries ),cancer (increased wommans  risk for breast cancer .

CELL PHONE RADIO FREQUENCY RADIATION

Short term effects are headache ,vision problem ,etc

long term effects are tumors in the heart ,brain ,and adrenal gland and the tumor were benign ,malignent or complex combined pheochromocytoma .

SAFE WATER AND OUR HEALTH

Short term effects are diarrehea ,vomiting ,etc that cause because of the drinking of contaminated water .

long term effects are ARSENIC a known human carcinogen associated with skin ,bladder ,kidney ,and liver cancer ,

HYDRAULIC FRACTURING CHEMICAL damage to immune and human respiratory system ,PESTICIDES neurodevelopmental effects and parkinsons disease .

SMOKING AND VAPING

Short term effects are coughing ,sneezing ,allergic problems etc

long term effects are asthma ,cancer on throat ,lung ,COPD ,and TB.

PET ALLERGENS

Short term effects are irunny nose ,sneezing ,puffy eyes and watery eyes ,itching and skin rash .

long term effects are an abnormal immune reaction to proteins in an animals skin cells ,saliva or urine .its occur more people with asthma .
