The key point to be considered by the worker is to regard the values,rights and faith or belief of each other.It is very important to understand and respect the client and to take care of him and that nothing of personal differences should be a hindrance in the providing of the right care to the patient and, the worker should show patience and complete understanding in taking the client to the pub and back.

b.The values are to respect the client of his personal choices, decisions and ethics.The situation should be dealt in a way where the individual freedom is not restricted but rather comprehend properly and the care is provided where they work as a team,also providing mental and psychological support.

c. It is vital to consider the differences in cultural, ethical faiths and beliefs of each other and respect them.A good communication can help with this and bring in a better outcome.
