Answer #1

Culture of any region, country, has its own importance for the development of that particular country. But the culture of any group of population should not be at the cost of lack of safety. The cultural safety strategies should be designed and properly implemented. If any strategy is implemented, it should be reviewed and assessed for its effectiveness.

Assess the number of people benefited due to the strategy, number of people has loss due to lack of strategies. Then compare both the situation (with strategies and without strategies). Assessment can be done at least 6 months after the implementation of the particular strategy. Evaluate the need for modifications in the present strategy.
