I agree with the Laura Nash model analysis.

It is a simple approach to ethical decision making. It ask people to reframe their perspective on ethical decision making which can be helpful to consider the ethical choices from all angle.

The answering of 12 questions is the part which really help to solve the dilemma, where the person can came to their own conclusions by answering the questions involved in the model. By this we can think the situation from all frames to make sure the right decision is made. In this model while making ethical decision, the true determination of the individual is important.
