Answer #1

Introduction:

Normally the rules of hospital and patient it play an important role in the healt condition but here the midnight rules effecting the hospital and some patients.

In general the two- midday rule state that:

  • Inpatient admissions will generally be payable under Part A if the admitting practitioner expected the patient to require a hospital stay that crossed two midnights and the medical record supports that reasonable expectation.
  • Medicare Part A payment is generally not appropriate for hospital stays not expected to span at least two midnights.

When the patient is admitting in the midnight they have to admit with the payment and medical care otherwise the proper treatment will not get by the health care settings. During the midnight also the care is available and through the medical care part A.
