1. Serve selflessly and listen to people: the most important principle of servant leadership is serving selflessly to the people, listening to what they say and coming up with solutions.
2. Empathy : have empathy towards problems of the employees

3. Help people grow : helping people grow and succeed under the guidance of leadership is an important principle of servant leadership.
4. Learning : create an environment thst fosters the skills of learning and gaining knowledge.
