Three are some barriers in US which affects the universal access to healthcare. That means not everyone get equal healthcare. The main factor is the costs. As we know, in each nation there will be all classes of people .so in this US, there is medical costs are high. So that low class people can't access these health services. Americans with below average income can't paying for hospital cases, because it is high cost.

Other factor is high cost of new technology and prescription of drugs. The low class and middle class people can't face it. So they will get difficulties for acquire the health services.

The ice eased cost is influenced by chronic diseases like obesity. So this people often admitting in hospital, it leads to cost increase.

Other barrier is insurance. Almost all citizens in US have insurance coverage, and quality of this is low. That will affect he healthcare access.
