Little stress is natural and is of no harm, infact it will keep you motivated, alert, focused, you will work better under pressure, it is harmful when it is too much to handle and for too long, then problems will araise.

When we are under stress our body releases certain hormones like adrenaline, noradrenaline and cortisol which causes physiological changes in our body and those response is called as fight or flight response, Which can rouse the body for emergency action.
