• Patient weightis 50 kg (3 mg for one kg means 150 mg for 50 kg)
• 3 mg × 50 kg = 150 mg
• (frequency is sixth hourly that means Patient needs 4 doses of Aminophylline for 24 hours : 6 ×4 =24 )
• one dose = 150 mg

that's means 150 ×4 = 600 mg

Answer is 600 mg Aminophylline needs for 24 hours
