Answer #1

For me, so many challenges and limitations are there which prevent intervening the situations about care practices and decision making about patients.

As a nurse she or he should possess a kind of accountability and confidentiality. She must care the patient with empathy. But in some circumstances a nurse couldn't do her duty effectively because of some challenges and limitations.

One of the main factor is the rules and regulations of management. Nurses who disagree or concerned about implimenting patient care are responsible for appropriate channel some times, for this process there is a delay can happen or may the management support will not be there .this is a limitations for the nurses to work.

The main challenge is the financial crisis of the patient. The financial crisis of patients certainly affects the nursing care. There are a regulated system in the health care system and we are providing a group of care services, by obeying the institution the nurses cant be more favorable to patients.

Shortage of nursing staff also one of the barrier for decision making. With out effective communication and getting new innovative ideas there will be a barrier of providing effective nursing services.

Poor communication also one of the barrier, which will perform mis communication and it affects the quality of nursing care
