The patient with pylonephritis The CBC shows the hb depletions, the kidneyys make a hormone called erythropoitin that controls red blood cell production this may be affect by kidney damage,and also the wbc also elevate,CMP privides information of blood glucose level ,the balance fluids and eletrolytes this may elevet in the pylonephritis patients,kidney fuction by creatnin this alos elevate,urea, and liver function by examine the enzymes this may also elevate in this type of patient.
