Social media should be banned for children under 18 age because it help children that have bad social skills but that is really where the problem starts. Social media stops children from connecting with people in person and developing those important social skills. Over 4-5 million children are use fackbook and their age are under the 10. Also there 4 billion people in the world that use face book.

We know children under the age of 18. They don't care about the news. You don't learn how to do things on social media. and also it might grt in the way of their studies and kill their creativity. it discourages kids from active participation in group activities and playing with their peers.

it may also affect their brains and mental health, too. In fact it lead to anxiety and sleep deprivation or even depression.

parents should try to find a way to monitor their kid's social media use. This could be much easier for parents who are on intimate terms with their offspring.

But also social media is brilliant for kids. They can't get out whenever they want to like adults can, they often find the world alienating depressing and difficult to navigate. social media lets them look out for each other meaningfully connect with people who they might otherwise be estranged from because of distance.

The social media also provide alot of information site out there with knowledge they otherwise wouldn't get at home or in a classroom. Granted there is aloy of bad, but that is why there are parental controls and social parening.
