If there is breach of the sterile field there is no other solution or remedy other than the corrective action.That means the sterility of the field should be made sure by revising the actions if the patient life is not at risk.Also make the incident report and report it to the infection control,and should considered it as adverse event and there should be root cause analysis for the particular incident and training for maintaining the sterile field.If there is breach in sterile field no compromise can be done.
