Edge, Home and Groove are the three elements of DDOs. These are essential for to achieve trusting, challenging, meaningful environment that sustains adult development in the work context. The elements are,

  1. Edge - where we get our challenges. eg :. We sponsor Ann intentionally to grow and learn, a drive for self improvement.
  2. Home - where we get our support. Eg:. We can prosper in time of failure, weakness, vulnerability.
