A project has an established objective. Projects are results-oriented. Deliverables must be produced, or specific services must be provided.

The meaning of this attribute is that all projects must make clear directives, goals, and excepted outcomes. They must have an established workflow and set milestones for delivery, which helps with producing desired outcomes. As a project manager, this is one of the most important pieces of the project and must be managed appropriately.

A project must have assigned resources. This means a project needs to have an assigned budget and assigned individuals to accomplish the project.

This attribute establishes boundaries in a financial sense. All projects must have financial boundaries or the project can fall flat or be a catastrophic loss for the business. With that being said you must hold people accountable for their assigned tasks and we must identify their key roles for a successful outcome.
