Universal health care is a technique of providing standard quality health care for the people of a region mostly a country i.e providing access to health, financial support to the people of a region with the aim of making a healthy society
In most of the cases it is provided by the government of a country but also it can be provided by the private organisations
All the people in a region may not receive the health care. When it is government funded it is mostly applicable to those who are economically poor and unable to pay health expenses and when it is managed by private organisations it is mostly insurance based
