PICO questions means problem, intervention, comparison and outome. During the postpartum period there is an occurance of postpartum hemorrhage. This considered when there is a loss of blood is more than 500cc in normal vaginal delivery and more than 1000cc in cesarean section.

During the management of ppstpartum hemorrhage, how effective is the estimated blood loss versus quantative blood loss in the early diagnosis of this condition? Based on PICO this question can be explained like this;
