THIS STATEMENT IS TRUE -The majority of older individuals respond to age discrimination with passive acceptance .

Reason-because the ageism giving the older people a negattive attittude and or discrimination against people because of their age .Ageism is a negative stereotyping prejudice .and it can affect all individual but it is most likely to affect older people .If we understand this and combatting ageism is a first step to making the world more age friendly.

-Most older people are set in their ways and unable to change ,the majority of older people are socially isolated and lonely why because of age discrimination .and the majority of older people have income below the poverty level.

Conclusion

Ageism, at present is burning issue all over world expecialy its affecting older individual.and it cause a great hamper to the process of the society as well as in the country .
