The company has been take to court for using tactics same to tobacco industry in minimsing the the side effects of its soft drinks and the customers.they accused for misleading customers,including children regarding the health risk of consuming their high calorie drinks such as cardiovascular disease,over weight and diabetis melitus.the act could potentially affect the soft drinks industry to its core as the company could face marketing restrictions.coca cola previously anouced that they increase the effort to reduce added sugar in its products,recent year they introduced coke zero recipe,with zero sugar.
