The main issue in the todays health care induustry facing is Nurse patient ratio.

The inadequate staffing at health care facility can greatly affect patient care.the increased patient staff ratio increases the mortality rate and reduce the efficiency of care.

The causes of the issue are ,

• recruiting small number of nurses as the requered number.
• The small number of nursing education centres
• Difficult emigration process to the contry

To solve this issue,

• Appoint more nurses to the health care industry
• Revice the pay scale for the nurses
• Make easy the emigration for the nurses out side the contry
• Government should make legislation for control the health care industry

The above interventions improve the outcomes of the health care industry,atract peoples in nursing profession,may improve the emigration and the services from the out side the contry,the rules guide the hospitals to manage good patient staff ration.

By the assesment of the mortality and recovery rate from the specfic hospital give the exact idea of the effectiveness of correct patient staff ration.
