After application of data mining analytic system health plans world wide especially in industrial contries have been improved significantly reporting their performance on the outcomes of quality of care,eventually the health care purchasers they get better information about the quality of care they purchase.This also helps to obtain data from the hospitals ,machine learning , can evaluate/estimate the planning system for the health care quality of care they purchasing.Every day medicine goingtochange by typical disease presentation, new diseases,updated guidlines and new investigations modalities.The application of datamining very helpful incontrolling endemic disease and to predictepidemics especialy in developing contries where mortalitiesand comorbidities affect the overall health system and economy of these countries.this method helps to reduce cost and improv the quality of care system not only for the patints but also for health care providers especially in endemic contries.
