1) I won't like to donate my kidney.

Even though many people live healthy with one kindney, there are some problems with one kindney such as

1) mild high blood pressure.

2) fliud retention.

3) slightly higher protenuria.

In case if any damages occurs to the one kindney, there is no other kidney to take over the function of another.

And we need to take a proper diet everytime.

2) Irritable bowel syndrome :

symptoms:

Recurrent pain in the abdomen.

Diarrhoea.

Changes in bowel habbits,

Constipation.

Inability to empty bowels.

Nausea

Passing excess amount of gas.

Abdominal discomfort.

Loss of appetite.

Treatment:

Treatment for Irritable bowel syndrome consist of managing lifestyle.diet,stress and some medications

1) Dietary management:

Having proper meals.

Increasing fibre intake.

Avoid sugar based gums and diet items.

Eating at same time everyday.

Less fluid intake.

Drinking lot of water everyday.

Consuming gluten free foods to reduce risk of flares.

2) Relieving anxiety and stress:

Regular exercise.

Medication.

Cognitive behavioral therapy.

3) medication:

Medications such as dicyclomine can help in relieving painful bowel spasms.

Anti diarrheal.

Anti gut spasmodic.

Laxative.

Nerve pain medication.
