It is highly important for the employer and employee to be safe during this crisis in order to run the firm smoothly. Various safety measures are taken to prevent the spread of the virus.

However human resources department can educate and train it's staffs to stay safe at work.also it is recommended to use medicines to gain immunity if it suggested by a doctor.

HR department can suggest their employees to get vaccinated but there is no vaccine invented as such as COVID-19 vaccine hence until the invention of the vaccine it is advisable to stay safe by following the instructions of the authorities to create a safe environment for everyone and be a responsible citizen.
