• Pain relief: Exercise decreases the level of the pain and slowly it treat completely.
• Weight management: Exercise therapy helps in the weight management hence prevent from obesity. Obesity is one of the major cause of developing diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, Hypertension etc.
