1, carbohydrates they give energy,calcium and vitamins examples are rice,oats,potatose, and sweet potatos
2,Protiens they are the buiding blocks of the body examples are, meat,fish, egg, soya, nuts.
3,Diary products they are packed with calcium,protiens, and vitamins they are foods, milks, yoghurts, fromage frais and cheese.
4,Fruits and vegetables-Fruits and vegetables fresh frozen tinned,dryed they are full of health giving vitamin. that keep us feeling full and our digestive system healthy
5,Fats and sugars- its imprtant not to have toomany foods from this groupas they give us a lot of energy from calories but not much nutrition try to keep foods such as butter,margarine,cooking oils and salads
