Q.1 Greater access to affordable and effective contraception has been one of the hallmark acheivament of the affordable care act. But now the current administration is threatening to release these gains with tge release of sweeping regulation that would allow any employer , insurance plan, school or any individual to use guise of relegious or moral objection to deny access to no cost contraception. By requiring coverage of contraceptives with no out of pocket cost the ACA increase women's access to a wide range of conraceptives.

Affirmative history :-- airway, blood loss , blood haemoglobin estimation and blood availability, if any respiratory problem is present or absent , detail of the previous anesthesia and surgeries,drug being used by the patient, evaluate investigation , end point to take up case surgery, fluid status , fasting and get consent.

Androgen therapy is contraindicated where the antiandrogen therapy is indicated and vice versa too.

Or we can say 250/5= 50mg per 5/5= 1ml

So in 1 ml there is 50mg ceftin

But we need 200mg

So 50*4 = 200mg will be in 1*4= 4ml.

So patient will receive 4ml per dose.
