Allergies,Chronic medical conditions like Diabetes,Epilepsy,High BP and Mechanical implants all of these requires a medical identification tag to be worn by the patient.

People who must wear medical ID tags are:

  • One with a disease that can lead to a medical emergency ( Diabetes causing Diabetic Ketoacidosis)
  • One who have a pre-existing condition that the care giver must know in case of emergency before initiating any treatment (Epilepsy, allergies)
  • One with a known cardiac condition ( patient on anti coagulants, pacemaker or with hypertension)

Wearing a medical identification keeps the care provider aware about the existing health condition of a person in case if he collapse unexpectedly and becomes unconscious or debilitated.
