1. Language barrier-language barrier can cause an obstacle with  communicating face to face as well as reading patient information online.

2. Difference in medical terminology used worldwide-different terminology is used in different areas for the same meaning making it difficult to translate.

3.Cost - every place can not afford the same technology. Infact if everyone have the same technology then there will be less confusion .

4. Vast medical field-medical field is complex and ever changing ,it makes an obstacle in standardising terminologies.
