What is the difference between "evidence of no effect" and "no evidence of effect?" I don't understand the definition I'm finding.

very clearly we know that there is a wide diffrenec between "evidence of no effect" and "no evidence of effect".

for the better clarity of this we can take a example,if a court fails to recieve appropriate evidence not means that the victim is innocent or there is no chance to doubt him.It's just apossibility due to the lack of proper evidences.And that person might be done any severe crime or activity .

and in some time we may get effect in clinical trails ,but there are no evidence of it .But it not not indicate that drug or product has zero effect .So we have analyse the circumstance and the situation properly.According to that only we can conclude into a proper meaning .
