The main reason for focusing on people because of the level of care.Many health care organizations now are focusing on the patient.The patient chooses good organizations and looking for quality,affordable health care.They know they will be safe there.The health care organizations wants the patient to be safe and comfortable.This also helps to improve the standards of practice and reputation of organizations.

Health area is totally changed now.New technologies are finding day by day.this helps in better patient care.Telemedicine is one among them.it is an evidence of increased performance in hospital.Answering patients call or e-mails to avoid the cost and delay of an office visit.Another example is spending more time with a complex patient to improve medication adherence, lifestyle changes or other care management.
